Dench Music is a Dutch full-service music production company that produces music and music videos, recruits and manages musical talent, and that provides a full suite of music production and music distribution services for domestic and international markets. Dench Music is launching an ICO to fund its further expansion into the for-profit production of great, popular music videos using A-list artists who are partnered with talented, but not yet globally famous, DJs.
Dench Music is dedicated to creating a world where people from all around the globe can get involved in the creation of songs featuring their favorite artists. Imagine being able to fund the song of your favorite singer and receive future profit sharing for its popularity. From clicks on Spotify and streaming on YouTube or Vimeo to fees from international PROs, these songs will generate income in many ways.
What is this ICO about then?
It is simple. We run an ICO in order to gather funds for the creation of up to 50 songs (depending on artists and production involved). Every participant that decides to invest in our company will obtain a legal document called Investment Agreement. Based on this document the participant will obtain up to 30% profit sharing according to the level of fulfillment of the Hard Cap and to the amount of ETH invested by the participant. The profits will be distributed for the period of 6 years (until December 2023) and will include all the revenue streams related to the songs created thanks to this ICO. This includes Spotify clicks, Youtube views, Vimeo views, ITunes downloads,events related to the song promotion, performance & booking fees, fees from international Performing Rights Organizations (PROs) that pay us every time a song is played worldwide, and more. From all of this you, our investors, will obtain the share in the profit.
Our first project will be with Chris Brown, a top performing artist who has been nominated for 265 awards and who won an unprecedented 83 awards among which a Grammy, four American Music Awards, a whopping 14 BET Awards and the coveted MTV Music Award three times. He will partner with a talented Dutch DJ, who already has amassed a large group of fans and many sold out performances. And that is just the beginning.
