We introduce Heta, an internal crypto currency for use in MainChain. Heta is used by companies or users who use the Heta Blockchain Service to pay "usage fees".
We propose ways to use Heta.

When a user makes a transaction to exchange coins or tokens made by Heta, he must pay pre-definition. a mountain of Heta. This is also called Transaction Fee. This mandatory fee makes Heta a real value to the system. This also prevents traders from flooding the network with unlimited microtransactions.

When a user participates in a consensus or PrivateChain or MainChain validation process, he must be rewarded with a certain amount of Heta, this is also called the Supporting Award. The level of consensus prize must depend on how much effort the participant spent in the process.
